David Pezeshki, CFA, CPA

David joined venBio in 2016. Previously, David was Controller/VP of Finance at Alloy Ventures for 12 years. He also co-founded Redwood Valuation Partners in 2007 to help early-stage start-ups with valuation services. While at Alloy David also stepped in as CFO for many of Alloy’s portfolio companies, helping them with tax, accounting, and financial consulting. Prior to Alloy, David was a Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young.

David is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant. He received a BA in Accounting (1999) and an MS in Finance (2001) from Louisiana State University.
